Jack Vento
Biography
Jack Vento is a filmmaker from southeast Wisconsin, currently based in Los Angeles. He began making films in 2011 and has experience across writing, directing, editing, and acting in a variety of independent productions.
Vento directed the feature films Expedition Conquest (2016) and Expedition Inquisition (2017), both self-produced projects in which he took on multiple creative and technical roles throughout development and post-production. In 2021, he wrote, directed, and edited the short film In the Clear, a narrative drama focused on themes of grief and reconciliation. Most recently, he produced the independent feature QLC (2025).
He continues to work on original narrative projects while expanding his experience across all phases of independent filmmaking.
