Oh Man Seok is a South Korean actor born in Yeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. He served as a private in the South Korean Army from May 1984 to July 1986. He made his stage debut in 1987 with a minor role in the play "Cadenza" and made his film debut in 2007 with a minor role in the film "Miryang ".
