Biography

Alex Saks is an American film producer. She studied history at Wake Forest University, then moved to Los Angeles, where her career began with an unpaid internship at the Mark Gordon Company. From that internship, she secured a position as an assistant and, over time, built up experience in film financing and development.

In 2016, Saks co-founded the film production and financing company June Pictures with Andrew Duncan. The company was behind films such as The Florida Project (2017), Wildlife (2018), Book Club (2018), Thoroughbreds, Dude, and Fun Mom Dinner. After allegations against Andrew Duncan in 2017, Saks bought out his shares. The company ultimately shut down.
