Biography
Documentary film maker and executive producer responsible for the coordination of the Sambaqui Cultural productions. She was a TV and newspaper reporter from 1995 to 2006 and editor of Fantastic / TV Globo. Became known after her first short Film "The Visit", 2005, which aired in 12 countries and was the winner of the festival “It's All True” as best Brazilian short film in 2006, among the 21 awards received. Her first feature film “Captive Hearts” premiered at the Rio Festival 2013 - the film won an honorable mention from the jury and later made the official selection at the Stockholm Film Festival 2014.
She also directed a trilogy on motherhood with the films Ultra Baby, My Reborn baby and Childbirth Banned in Paradise.
She was Executive Producer for the feature film “Praça Paris”, by Lúcia Murat; of the long doc “Auto de Resistência”, by Lula Carvalho and Natasha Neri, winner of the It's All True Festival 2018, executive producer of the 3rd season of the series "The Men Are from Mars and That's Where I Go", by Suzana Garcia, with Mônica Martelli, among others.
