ANFASEP (the Association of Relatives of the Kidnapped, Detained and Disappeared of Peru) organizes a minka in the land of La Hoyada de Ayacucho, where hundreds of civilians were extrajudicially executed and buried in clandestine graves or cremated by members of the Peruvian Army in the 1980s .
