Scientists break into the international information field every now and then, announcing the imminent transformation of the reality we know, the formation of the "world of the future": rats with electrodes implanted in the brain, lunar probes, artificial intelligence that has learned to predict accidents, and other joys. However, everything that sounds inspiring to some is frightening to others.
